Our high-quality sugar sanders provide even distribution and excellent bonding of the sugar coating — fully automatic, and easy to clean. The extruded product is guided onto a vibrating bed of sugar and simultaneously showered from above by a curtain of fresh sugar. Excess is gently tapped loose by an excenter bar and recycled back into the system.
Some products, like belts, require a 180-degree turning step to keep excess sugar off other equipment on the line. The Extrufood sugar sander is designed to handle these flows cleanly — guaranteeing the best sugar-coated products the industry has to offer.
